Failed to access IIS metabase 报错

我的系统是xp, vs2008, 以前是好的,不知怎么回事,昨天开始,一运行正开发的应用程序(asp.net) 就报这个错，我试着做个简单WEBSITE，运行没问题， 重装IIS，没用。不知如何解决，  急呀，
     为清楚其见，以下为错误：
