用Net Reactor加密的DLL在VS2010不能打包？

我用Net Reactor加密的DLL然后手工放入VS2010的打包工具中，为什么提示
Error 103 Unable to update the dependencies of the project.  The dependencies for the object '****.dll' cannot be determined. Path: \TestSetup\ TestSetup?

但如果在VS2008打包就没有问题？

还有一个问题有人知道怎么自动把加密的DLL放入安装目录在打包吗？
