　　“fatboy d9”只是玩家给予它的爱称，大名是“FBGA D9”，由镁光micron制造，采用FGBA封装，在2.3v电压时可调校到DDR2 1000MHz CL4的理想状态。此种颗粒目前已有Crucial、CORSAIR、mushkin、Patriot、OCZ等多家超频内存提供商使用，具体型号如下：

　　镁光的DDR2颗粒不像以前的DDR、SD一样可通过缺角判断，只能从颗粒型号入手。“fatboy d9”隶属于D9系列，五位编号会以“D9”为起始。但也不是所有的D9都好超，像绿色PCB上的就是普通颗粒，超频能力并不理想。想要挑到真正的“fatboy d9”一定要认准两点：

　　1、编号以D9开头的镁光颗粒
　　2、颗粒个头明显大于普通DDR2颗粒（这也是fatboy的来历）
