android 模拟器异常 the application launcher has stopped unexpected，该怎么解决呢?急求

另外在新建AVD后又出现了这个：Starting emulator for AVD 'AVD4.0.3'
emulator: ERROR: This AVD's configuration is missing a kernel file!!
