WebService报错：Timestamp的问题

报错：The security timestamp is invalid because its creation time ('2011-12-23T13:20:03.405Z') is in the future. Current time is '2011-12-23T13:13:30.281Z' and allowed clock skew is '00:05:00'.

有点不太懂了，哪位大侠给指点指点，万谢~ C#  Web timestamp security --------------------编程问答-------------------- 这个错，可能是因为无效的时间值导致的。
