winform程序发布问题

winform程序发布后，更换了一个自动更新的服务器，在原先的服务器上app.config文件可以用IE打开访问，但是跟换到另外一台服务器后，app.config文件就打不开了，提示错误信息：
Server Error in '/iMold' Application.
