vs2008 英文版和中文版安装的问题

中文版难道真的这么烂吗？
且看下面安装过程比较：

安装环境：
硬件环境：
    酷睿II E4500 / 1G 内存
软件环境：
    正版winxp sp1中文专业版系统 +最新xp sp3中文正式版补丁。
    使用东方魔术光驱2003作虚拟光驱进行安装。
   （所有的安装过程都是新装的干净系统，几乎没有安装什么软件，每次安装完了就使用ghost进行恢复，重新进行安装测试，软件环境几乎完全一样）

安装vs2008英文版：
   版本：VS2008ProEdition90dayTrialENUX1435622
   大小：3.3G
   安装类型：完全安装
   所需时间：  18分钟
   测试次数：不下3次
   失败次数：无

安装vs2008中文版：
   版本：VS2008TeamSuite90DayTrialCHSX1429243
   大小：4.5
   安装类型：完全安装
   所需时间：大于60分钟
   测试次数：不下5次
   成功此时： 1次
   描述：每次失败都是.net framework3.5安装失败。
        基本上每次安装.net framework 3.5时，都需要等待很长一段时间（跟英文版的framework3.5的安装相比较，简直是天壤之别！），大多数时间会出现安装错误，而且出错的时机也不一样。
        有时间在安装了十几分钟就出现错误，有时候则在安装几十分钟甚至一个多小时才报错。

        但是也安装成功过一次，因为时晚上装的，3.5的安装进度很慢，我实在等不下去（大概安装超过了半个小时），就开着机睡觉了，没想到第二天早上居然报vs2008中文版安装成功了！
        破天荒的一次成功！
        但我没有统计到安装的数据，不知道装了多长时间。

因为想换vs2008中文版，所以想把问题找出来，结果很失望，不知道各位有没有碰到这种问题？？？

（所以，安装的时候，需要联网的）

但安装一直还算是比较顺畅的
