Senior Exchange/Outlook consultant - Singapore

Technical Requirement:
• Microsoft Certified for Microsoft Exchange 2010 (configuring, managing and troubleshooting). Certified
in 70-663 will be added advantage.
• Have 5 years technical knowledge in Microsoft Exchange/Outlook 2010 implementation. Hands on
experience working with the hardware and software components of messaging systems such as
Microsoft Exchange, Outlook, Active Directory and blackberry mobile devices
• Candidate should have experience working in large-scale environments, greater than 5,000 mailboxes
in administering systems to known security incidents in accordance with security guidelines and
procedures.
• Knowledge in migration tools such as Quest, Binary Tree and any other for Notes to Exchange
Migration is required.
• Knowledge in Lotus Notes administration (Version 7 and 8) especially basic setting up of notes client
and troubleshooting, Notes Workflow knowledge would be an added advantage.
Others
• Strong verbal and written English skills. Able to speak Chinese would be an added advantage.
• For non-Singaporean nationality, should have already worked in Singapore for at least 3 to 4 years in a
cross-cultural environment (sensitive to cultural differences).
• University degree holder (IT related only).
• Able to work independently and perform under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and 易做图ytical skills coupled with effective communication and customer
service skills.
4. KPI
• Successfully documented technical landscape, train and handed over upon completion.
• Successfully manage MS Exchange/Outlook support activity.
• Successfully manage projects and related tasks associate with Microsoft Exchange/Outlook migration.
