VS 2005 启动调试时出现 http 500错误

VS 2005 启动调试时出现:The requested item could not be loaded by the proxy.

Proxy server's network connection was refused by the server: localhost:3787. The server may not be accepting connections or may be busy. Try connecting again later. 错误,显示http 500错误
各位看怎么可以解决,着急?????在线等
