windows下将nutch加载进eclipse遇到的问题

我在windows下将nutch1.2导入到eclipse中时提示了如下错误是怎么回事……我都是严格按照网上教程的步骤做的啊，怎么还是会错……有大神吗帮菜鸟小弟解决一下，感激不尽！！
