使用HttpURLConnection解析URL的时候出现异常

这是源代码，URL的地址是没有问题的，运行到
buffer = new BufferedReader(new InputStreamReader(urlConn.getInputStream()));
的时候，会出现异常，而且，是InvocationTargetException
为什么会这样啊！？
