字面理解就是要求的DOCTYPE root是null，而现在是beans，不匹配
可以理解为现在写错，也更可以解释为要求的有问题，可能DTDs版本太旧
尝试更新spring jar包

把头这里改这成样试试 --------------------编程问答-------------------- spring jar包冲突吧。。。你的工程中除了spring2.0的jar可能还存在其他版本的如spring1.x的jar。。导致schema不是2.0个。。。1.x版本的beans中不能有属性。。。
所以。。。报错beans中必须是null --------------------编程问答-------------------- 包冲突,应该是你还含有多个spring包,1.x或者2.x............你也检查下其他的包是否也存在包重复的情况 --------------------编程问答-------------------- 可能是使用了spring 1.x的jar包，换成2.x的
可能是没有2.x的，也可能是jar冲突导致使用了1.x --------------------编程问答-------------------- jar包问题
