DataStage无法发送邮件

在服务器上用DataStage自带的邮件发送组件无法发送邮件，报错信息如下：

Please check any paths in the following command file are correct, and if necessary adjust the 'dssendmail_template.txt' file in the project directory.

Contents of command file:
C:\IBM\InformationServer\Server\DSEngine\bin\dssmtpmail.exe -file sendmail_CopyOfTest_55886554_7872_file.tmp

但是用Powershell就可以正常发送邮件，求解啊！！

补充：企业软件 ,  WebSphere
