cloud foundry安装

各位：
   你们好！最近安装cloud foundry总是错误，怀疑是网络原因，诸如：
W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/cloudfoundry/ppa/ubuntu/dists/lucid/main/binary-amd64/Packages.gz  404  Not Found
   这是什么原因，如何解决？
   另外，最近没有人没有利用dev_setup安装cloud foundry吗？没有遇到类似情况？
